Total disappointment. This image does not represent what I received. I contacted the customer service department and they had zero interest in what I had to say. I'm disappointed in the product, but the biggest disappointment is with the response (or lack thereof) from the customer service department when I notified them. Their response was basically "oh well". I won't purchase from Dried Decor again.
