This is a beautiful wreath. I'm very pleased with it. When my wreath arrived, one of the plastic ties that was holding it to the carton to minimize movement had broken. There was very minimal damage - very minimal - to the wreath, so I kept it and did not contact customer service. I really love the wreath. My only comment is to perhaps upgrade the way the product is packaged to make sure to best avoid damage in transit. Thank you!
