While the product looks exactly as pictured, it was completely scentless. I received a scentless product and was charged a 20% restocking fee for the pleasure. Between that fee and the return shipping charges, it was hardly worth the time and trouble. [Editors Note: As stated on the website, our March-July eucalyptus crop is not as strongly scented as the crops later in the year. But we would never send our customers scentless eucalyptus.]
